Core Subjects in High School
In addition to our Humanities Curriculum, our foundational subjects—Math, Science, Biblical Studies, and Fine Arts—equip students with critical thinking, problem-solving, and deep knowledge to navigate the complexities of the world with wisdom and grace.
Mathematics
High School students take four years of math:
- Geometry
- Algebra 2
- Personal Finance
- Statistics (option for College Credit)
Science
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Environmental Science
- Physics
Biblical Studies
In addition to our integral approach in which a Biblical Worldview is embedded in all courses, we require four years of Biblical Studies:
- Understanding the Bible (two years)
- Understanding the Faith
- Understanding the Culture
Language
We require three years of language. Students choose from offerings, such as:
- Latin
- French
- Spanish
- ASL
Form 6 opportunities: Greek, Hebrew, or an additional language choice
Fine Arts
We believe the Fine Arts are integral to the comprehensive appreciation and understanding of God's world. Students choose from offerings, such as:
- Studio Art (2-D/3-D)
- Private Lessons
- Worship Arts
- Drama
